PLEASE, WIG MAKING TAKES 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED THAT IT IS READY TO SHIP.
ALL WIGS ARE CUSTOM MADE BY US, SO KINDLY GIVE US AMPLE TIME TO PROCESS YOUR DESIRED WIGS FOR YOU.

SHIPPING PROCESS

If your tracking information shows that your package WAS DELIVERED and you have not received it, We advise that you contact the delivery carrier and solve the issue directly with them. FERVID TROVE does not accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds, replacement or credits for packages that the carrier confirms delivery.

At the moment, all orders will be shipped with USPS unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation email.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL takes 3-5 business days to deliver. Please expect delay during holidays, peak times, sales and other festive occasions.

SIGNATURE upon delivery is required.

Once payment is verified your orders will be shipped.

Shipping address and billing address must match.

To ensure that your package is delivered as expected, kindly double check  your address and name that you entered.

Use the right abbreviation and insert the right spaces.

We are not RESPONSIBLE for any inaccurate information.

IF YOU REFUSE ANY PACKAGE FROM US, YOU WILL BE CHARGED WITH:
a) cost of original shipping charges.
b) cost of returning the package to us.

Due to health reasons and other human factors, hair extensions cannot be resold AFTER being handled or worn by buyer.
FOR THIS REASON ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS PURCHASED ON OUR WEBSITE. If you are unsatisfied with any of our collections, we will communicate with you to show you how best you will like it BUT no refunds or exchanges will be rendered.

HOWEVER, on a rare instance that you received a wrong order i.e. we shipped the wrong item to you, you can return the item. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ITEM IS UNWORN, NO LACE CUT, BEAUTIFULLY LAID IN THE PACKAGE AND RETURNED JUST AS YOU RECEIVED IT.
